At the Club we believe in meaningful and purposeful volunteer opportunities - ones that will benefit the Club and those that will provide a meaningful experience for the volunteer.

Mentoring is the reason our programs work. Members are more highly-engaged and motivated when they know someone cares about them and their success. A variety of philanthropically-minded organizations and individuals choose the Club as the place to give back to the community. Mentors help with homework, tutor struggling students and strengthen our literacy, math and science programs. All mentors receive on-going training and supervision to ensure a successful relationship for the mentor and member.

Volunteers have been an integral part of our school year program at the Boys & Girls Club. These volunteers consist of high school students and adults all with unique skills and interests that add greatly to the quality of programming that the Club is able to provide. Volunteers are a consistent need- we hope you consider donating your time with us!

We are now accepting applications for after-school volunteers!
Join the team as a volunteer for our 2017-2018 School Year! A variety of volunteer opportunities are available. Please contact Volunteer Coordinator, Mari Gomez at mgomez@bgccypress.org for more information.
